COVID-19 UPDATES

Dear All in our Community,

As we all do our part in trying to stem the outbreak of COVID-19 by staying home, the team at Elements Fine Furnishing Fabrics wishes everyone to stay safe and healthy. Initially we announced our closure only for one week. As the situation changed,  our showroom will be closed until April 12, 2020, assuming there is no extension to the lockdown.

During this difficult time with our showroom closed, along with your offices, Elements has a core team who continues to work.  Shipments are being processed, orders being confirmed, and inquiries being answered; to the best of our limits. We unfortunately cannot present product to you, nor can we access our showroom to send sampling. Instead over the next few weeks we will send digital catalogues and brochures out for you to see the latest collections offered by our various editors. Most of our editors are still operational with a skeletal work force, in order to maintain social distancing.

Besides sampling and presenting the new collection to you, there are other services which we cannot provide until the lock down has been lifted:

Local deliveries

If you have a pending order with us, your sales representative will notify you when the goods have arrived in the Philippines.

Once the lockdown has been lifted and we are able to make local deliveries again; allow us some time to organize ourselves, and we will arrange the necessary arrangements for your orders.

Wallpaper Installation

Marlon and Angelo are unable to do any installation(s) during the lockdown.

We will need to reschedule all installations scheduled during this period. Please coordinate with your sales representative.

Issuing of Official Receipts

Should we receive any payment via direct deposit; an OR will be issued after the lockdown period.
